> COD PRO confirms cash-on-delivery orders with the real customer before the seller ships: by WhatsApp, automated voice call or email, in 13 languages, and verifies the shopper’s phone with a WhatsApp or SMS code at its Cash on Delivery order button before Shopify checkout. Auto mode confirms at the lowest cost (email first, then WhatsApp, then a call, stopping on the first reply). It holds unconfirmed orders with Shopify fulfillment holds, follows up, and sends cart-recovery and shipment messages. Sellers get a per-order message timeline and customer history, manual mode and one-click pause, and a prepaid wallet with a searchable ledger (failed messages credited back).
