After checkout, COD PRO can confirm the Shopify order through WhatsApp, an automated voice call, or email. The voice call accepts 1 to confirm and 2 to cancel. A real Shopify fulfillment hold keeps a matching order waiting until the customer confirms, keeping the decision visible in the store's normal workflow.

The **Buy with Cash on Delivery** button provides phone verification before checkout. It sends a one-time code by WhatsApp or SMS. This is separate from post-order confirmation, and COD PRO does not send Shopify order confirmations by SMS.

## Couriers and shipment updates

Greek sellers commonly ship with ACS, ELTA Courier, Speedex, and Geniki Taxydromiki. COD PRO does not integrate directly with these couriers. Continue booking and managing parcels through your usual courier workflow, then add the tracking information to the Shopify fulfillment.

COD PRO sends the shipment notification with the tracking from that fulfillment. The same process works across ACS, ELTA Courier, Speedex, Geniki Taxydromiki, or another courier because the tracking source is Shopify. Check the tracking details before completing fulfillment.

## Example

**With the COD button:** A shopper in Athens chooses antikatavoli, verifies their phone with a WhatsApp or SMS code, and continues to Shopify checkout with the matching number. The seller ships with ACS, adds the tracking to the Shopify fulfillment, and COD PRO uses it for the shipment notification.

**Without the button:** A shopper places the same order through normal checkout. COD PRO sends a post-order WhatsApp confirmation in Greek, and the order waits on a real Shopify fulfillment hold. The customer confirms, the hold is released, and the seller fulfills the parcel with the ACS tracking recorded in Shopify.
