Email एक और Shopify order-confirmation channel है। आपके confirmation process में यह WhatsApp और calls के साथ इस्तेमाल हो सकता है। Email pricing app में country के हिसाब से दिखती है।

SMS कहाँ काम आता है

Shopify के लिए SMS सिर्फ checkout से पहले COD button पर one-time code के लिए इस्तेमाल होता है। यह post-order confirmation channel नहीं है। WordPress plugin SMS order confirmation support करता है।

जवाब को fulfillment में लागू करें

आप कोई भी channel इस्तेमाल करें, जिन orders का जवाब अभी बाकी है और जिनमें matching pre-checkout verification नहीं है, उन पर असली Shopify fulfillment hold लगाएँ। Confirmation आने पर hold हटाएँ, या order को खुद manage करें।

क्या SMS Shopify order confirmation channel है?

नहीं। SMS Buy with Cash on Delivery button पर मिलने वाला one-time verification code है। SMS order confirmation WordPress plugin में उपलब्ध है।

Voice call पर customer क्या करता है?

Automated voice call में customer से अपना order confirm करने के लिए 1 दबाने को कहा जाता है।

क्या मुझे WhatsApp Business set up करना होगा?

नहीं। COD PRO अपने approved senders और templates इस्तेमाल करता है, इसलिए Meta या WhatsApp Business onboarding की ज़रूरत नहीं है।
