Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between KHAALTI LLC ("we", "us") and the business that installs or uses COD PRO ("you"): the Shopify app, the WordPress and WooCommerce plugin, and the Agent API. By installing or using COD PRO you accept these terms. Effective date: 26 September 2026.

1. The service

COD PRO helps stores confirm cash-on-delivery orders with their customers before shipping. It confirms by WhatsApp, automated voice call or email, verifies phone numbers with one-time codes, holds unconfirmed orders, and sends follow-ups, cart recovery and shipment messages. Features marked "beta" or "coming soon" on our website may change or may not be available yet.

2. Plans, wallet and billing

• Free to install. You pay for the messages, codes and call minutes you send, from a prepaid wallet in US dollars.
• Prices: each message is priced by channel and the customer's country. The app shows the current price before anything is sent. Rates can change when carrier or WhatsApp prices change.
• Enterprise plan: optional, $20 a month with a 3-day free trial. It is billed through Shopify and renews until you cancel.
• Failed deliveries: messages that fail to deliver are credited back to your wallet automatically.
• Charges on Shopify are made through Shopify's billing system and appear on your Shopify invoice. Taxes may apply.

Refunds are covered by our refund policy.

3. Your responsibilities when you message customers

• You are responsible for having a lawful basis to contact your customers. That includes their consent where the law requires it for promotional messages.
• You follow the rules of the channels you use, including WhatsApp's Business and Commerce policies, and the laws of the countries you send to.
• Your templates and messages must be accurate and lawful. They must not be misleading, abusive or spam, and must not impersonate anyone.
• You keep your store account, staff access and Agent API keys secure. You are responsible for actions taken with your keys.

4. Fair use and suspension

To protect your customers and our sending reputation, COD PRO applies limits such as attempt caps per order and rate limits on codes and messages. We may pause sending or suspend an account that is used for spam, fraud, harassment or anything illegal, or that puts other stores' delivery at risk. Where possible we tell you first and explain why.

5. Your data

You own your store data and your customers' data. We process it to provide the service as described in our privacy policy, which forms part of these terms.

6. Availability and changes

We work to keep COD PRO running and improve it every week, but we do not promise uninterrupted service. Delivery also depends on carriers, WhatsApp, email providers and the customer's phone. We may change or retire features. If a change materially reduces what you pay for, we will tell you in advance.

7. Limitation of liability

COD PRO is provided "as is" to the extent the law allows. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits, lost orders or returned parcels. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

8. Ending the agreement

You can stop at any time by uninstalling the app. What happens to your data and any unspent wallet balance is explained in our privacy policy and refund policy. We may end the agreement for serious or repeated breaches of these terms.

9. Changes to these terms

We will post updated terms here with a new effective date. For important changes, we will also tell installed stores in the app or by email. Continuing to use COD PRO after a change means you accept it.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to its conflict of law rules, except where the law of your country gives you rights that cannot be waived.
