UAE के sellers COD PRO कैसे इस्तेमाल करते हैं
Shopify COD orders के लिए WhatsApp, automated voice call और email confirmation चुनें। Arabic भाषा के customer messages उपलब्ध हैं। Customer confirm करने तक चुने हुए orders Shopify में hold पर रखें या checkout से पहले Buy with Cash on Delivery button पर WhatsApp या SMS one-time code इस्तेमाल करें।

शुरू करें

UAE में cash on delivery
UAE में cash on delivery को आम तौर पर الدفع عند الاستلام कहा जाता है। Customer messages के लिए Arabic उपलब्ध है और customer के हिसाब से English भी इस्तेमाल की जा सकती है। पहले storefront पर COD label साफ रखें और चुनें कि किन orders को response का इंतज़ार करना है। Buy with Cash on Delivery button checkout से पहले WhatsApp या SMS से one-time code भेजकर phone verify कर सकता है। यह phone-verification step है, SMS order-confirmation channel नहीं।
पहले live workflow के लिए Arabic या English WhatsApp confirmation enable करें और जिन COD orders को confirmation चाहिए उन पर असली Shopify fulfillment hold लगाएँ। Shopify पर automated voice call और email भी उपलब्ध हैं। Call के दौरान customer confirm करने के लिए 1 दबाता है। Confirmed order फिर आपकी normal Shopify fulfillment process में लौट आता है। COD PRO approved senders और templates देता है, इसलिए Twilio account, Meta account या WhatsApp Business onboarding की जरूरत नहीं है।
Couriers और shipment updates
UAE के sellers आम तौर पर Aramex, Emirates Post और DHL जैसे couriers से ship करते हैं। COD PRO इन couriers के साथ सीधे integrate नहीं होता। आपका store जिस courier account और service level को सामान्य रूप से इस्तेमाल करता है, उसे इस्तेमाल करें, फिर Shopify fulfillment बनाते समय tracking details जोड़ें। आप कोई भी courier इस्तेमाल करें, COD PRO आपके Shopify fulfillment की tracking के साथ shipment notification भेजता है।
इससे operational ownership साफ रहती है। COD PRO confirmation संभालता है और बाद का shipment notification Shopify से भेजता है। आपकी team या fulfillment partner parcel booking संभालते हैं। आज कोई order Emirates Post से और कल DHL से जाए, तो order-confirmation rules बदलने की जरूरत नहीं है। Shopify fulfillment पूरा करने से पहले जाँच लें कि tracking number सही fulfillment से जुड़ा है, क्योंकि customer की tracking update इसी record से आती है।

COD button के साथ: Dubai में एक customer AED 189 का skincare set الدفع عند الاستلام के साथ order करता है, WhatsApp या SMS code से अपना number verify करता है और उसी phone number के साथ checkout करता है। Order पहले से confirmed आता है। Seller Aramex से ship करता है, Shopify fulfillment में tracking जोड़ता है और COD PRO उसी tracking से shipment notification भेजता है।
button के बिना: एक customer उसी Dubai order के लिए normal checkout इस्तेमाल करता है। COD PRO Arabic में order के बाद WhatsApp confirmation भेजता है और order असली Shopify fulfillment hold पर रहता है। Customer confirm करता है, hold हट जाता है और seller Aramex से ship करता है। COD PRO Shopify fulfillment tracking से shipment notification भेजता है।
