Pakistan के sellers COD PRO को कैसे इस्तेमाल करते हैं
Shopify COD orders के लिए WhatsApp, ऑटोमेटेड voice call या email confirmation चालू करें। Shopper voice call के दौरान confirm करने के लिए 1 दबा सकता है। जिन orders को customer के जवाब तक fulfillment से बाहर रखना है, उनके लिए order hold इस्तेमाल करें। Customer messages के लिए English उपलब्ध है; Urdu अभी message languages में नहीं है।

शुरुआत कैसे करें
Shopify App Store से COD PRO install करें, prepaid wallet credit जोड़ें, अपने confirmation channels चुनें और कोई भी order-hold rules सेट करें। Checkout से पहले WhatsApp या SMS code verification चाहिए तो Buy with Cash on Delivery वाला button जोड़ें।
Pakistan में Cash on delivery
Pakistan के sellers आम तौर पर इस payment choice को COD या cash on delivery कहते हैं। Storefront पर पहले से इस्तेमाल wording रखें, फिर buyer को अगले steps साफ़ बताएं: Buy with Cash on Delivery button पर phone verify करें, order दें और COD PRO के contact करने पर उसे confirm करें। Customer messages के लिए English उपलब्ध है। Urdu अभी 13 customer languages में से एक नहीं है, इसलिए Urdu confirmation flow का वादा न करें। Button का WhatsApp या SMS one-time code checkout से पहले phone check है। यह order के बाद का SMS confirmation नहीं है।
काम का पहला setup है WhatsApp confirmation enable करना और तय करना कि किन COD orders को असली Shopify fulfillment hold मिलना चाहिए। जहां आपके process के लिए सही हो वहां automated voice call या email जोड़ें। Customer voice call पर confirm करने के लिए 1 दबा सकता है। इससे fulfillment team के पास जांचने के लिए एक ही जगह रहती है: Shopify। Held order तब तक fulfillment से बाहर रहता है जब तक वह confirm न हो जाए या आप उसे release न करें। इससे RTO कम करने में मदद मिलती है। COD PRO के approved senders और templates के लिए आपको Twilio account, Meta या WhatsApp Business onboarding की जरूरत नहीं है।
Couriers और shipment updates
Pakistan के sellers आम तौर पर TCS, Leopards, PostEx, Trax और M&P जैसे couriers से ship करते हैं। COD PRO सीधे इनमें से किसी courier से integrate नहीं करता। अपने store के अनुकूल courier account, booking process और delivery workflow इस्तेमाल करते रहें। Shopify fulfillment बनाते समय उसमें tracking details दर्ज करें। आप कोई भी courier इस्तेमाल करें, COD PRO आपके Shopify fulfillment की tracking के साथ shipment notification भेजता है।
यह अलगाव एक से ज्यादा carrier इस्तेमाल करने वाली team के लिए उपयोगी है। Karachi order एक service से और Lahore order दूसरी service से जा सकता है, बिना confirmation process बदले। पहले confirm करें, order तैयार होने पर Shopify में fulfill करें, फिर Shopify fulfillment को shipment update के लिए tracking details देने दें। Fulfillment complete mark करने से पहले tracking number और carrier details जांच लें, क्योंकि customer को वही मिलता है।
उदाहरण
COD button के साथ: Lahore में एक shopper PKR 4,500 की jacket order करता है, WhatsApp या SMS code से अपना phone verify करता है और उसी phone number से checkout करता है। Order पहले से confirmed आता है। Seller Leopards से ship करता है, Leopards tracking Shopify fulfillment में जोड़ता है और COD PRO उसी tracking से shipment notification भेजता है।
button के बिना: वही Lahore order ग्राहक सामान्य checkout से करता है। COD PRO English में post-order WhatsApp confirmation भेजता है और order असली Shopify fulfillment hold पर इंतजार करता है। Customer confirm करता है, hold release होता है और seller Leopards से ship करता है। COD PRO Shopify fulfillment tracking से shipment notification भेजता है।

क्या COD PRO Pakistan में PostEx के साथ काम करता है?
हाँ। COD PRO सीधे couriers से connect नहीं करता। Shopify fulfillment में PostEx tracking details जोड़ें, फिर COD PRO उसी fulfillment से shipment notification भेजता है।
क्या customer messages के लिए Urdu उपलब्ध है?
अभी नहीं। COD PRO की 13 customer message languages में English शामिल है, लेकिन Urdu अभी उनमें नहीं है।
क्या मैं staff को unconfirmed order ship करने से रोक सकता हूँ?
