COD ऑर्डर पुष्टि उन Shopify sellers के लिए है जिन्हें cash-on-delivery order तैयार करने से पहले customer का साफ जवाब चाहिए। COD PRO WhatsApp, automated voice call या email से automatic या manual mode में पुष्टि करता है, फिर जवाब न देने वाले customers को follow-up भेजता है।

यह कैसे काम करता है
- एक COD order आता है और COD PRO आपके चुने हुए confirmation channels भेजता है।
- Customer WhatsApp, voice call या email से पुष्टि करता है।
- COD PRO जवाब record करता है। जो customers जवाब नहीं देते, उन्हें follow-up messages मिल सकते हैं या वे आपके auto-cancel timer तक पहुँच सकते हैं।
इसे कब इस्तेमाल करें
हर COD order पर confirmation इस्तेमाल करें, जब parcel तैयार करने से पहले customer का जवाब चाहिए। जब आपकी team को पहले orders review करने हों, तो manual mode इस्तेमाल करें।
इसकी कीमत क्या है
Confirmation का कोई अलग feature charge नहीं है। भेजे गए messages के लिए आप pricing page पर दिए per-country prices के हिसाब से pay करते हैं।

क्या मैं WhatsApp और phone call से COD order confirm कर सकता हूँ?
हाँ। COD PRO WhatsApp, customer के confirm करने के लिए दबाने वाली automated voice call और email इस्तेमाल कर सकता है। WordPress stores पर यह SMS से भी confirm कर सकता है। आप अपने store के हिसाब से message types चुनते हैं।
क्या मैं confirmations automatic भेजने के बजाय खुद भेज सकता हूँ?
हाँ। हर message type automatic या manual mode में चल सकता है, इसलिए आप तय कर सकते हैं कि order आते ही कौन से confirmations भेजने हैं और कौन से आप खुद शुरू करेंगे।
अगर customer मेरे confirmation का जवाब नहीं देता तो क्या होता है?
COD PRO जवाब न देने वालों को automatic follow-up messages भेज सकता है। जो orders unconfirmed रहें, उनके लिए आप optional auto-cancel timer भी इस्तेमाल कर सकते हैं।
क्या messages भेजने के लिए मुझे अपना Twilio या Meta account चाहिए?
नहीं। Sellers को अपना Twilio account या Meta और WhatsApp Business onboarding नहीं चाहिए। COD PRO अपने approved senders और templates से भेजता है।
