COD PRO is made by KHAALTI LLC, registered in 2023, for sellers who take cash-on-delivery orders and are tired of paying for parcels that come back. More than 3,300 stores have installed it.
Why COD PRO exists
In many markets most online orders are paid in cash at the door. That is good for shoppers and hard on sellers: fake orders, wrong numbers and changed minds turn into parcels that travel twice and earn nothing.
COD PRO fixes the step in between. It reaches the customer on the channel they actually answer, asks them to confirm, holds the order until they do, and keeps them informed until delivery.
