How it works
- A COD order arrives and COD PRO sends the confirmation channels you have chosen.
- The customer confirms by WhatsApp, voice call or email.
- COD PRO records the reply. Customers who do not reply can receive follow-up messages or reach your auto-cancel timer.

What it costs
Confirmation has no separate feature charge. You pay for the messages sent, at the per-country prices on the pricing page.

Can I confirm a COD order by WhatsApp and phone call?
Yes. COD PRO can use WhatsApp, an automated voice call where the customer presses to confirm, and email. On WordPress stores it can also confirm by SMS. You choose the message types that suit your store.
Can I send confirmations myself instead of automatically?
Yes. Each message type can run in automatic or manual mode, so you can decide which confirmations send as soon as an order arrives and which ones you start yourself.
What happens if a customer does not reply to my confirmation?
COD PRO can send automatic follow-up messages to non-responders. You can also use the optional auto-cancel timer for orders that remain unconfirmed.
Do I need my own Twilio or Meta account to send messages?
No. Sellers do not need their own Twilio account or Meta and WhatsApp Business onboarding. COD PRO sends through its approved senders and templates.
