Do I need Twilio to use COD PRO?
No. COD PRO sends from its own approved senders and templates, so you do not need a Twilio account, a WhatsApp Business verification or any code.
My store was built with Lovable and it suggests Twilio. What is the difference?
The Lovable Twilio connector gives your app raw messaging, and you still need your own Twilio account and to build the confirmation flow. Lovable stores are Shopify stores, so you can install COD PRO instead and get confirmation, order hold and follow-ups ready-made.
When is Twilio the better choice?
