Questions sellers ask
Is COD PRO a Releasit alternative?
For confirmation, yes. Releasit is mainly an order form with upsells and OTP; COD PRO is mainly an order confirmation tool that works with your normal Shopify checkout.
Does Releasit make confirmation calls?
Its listing describes SMS and WhatsApp messaging for OTP. COD PRO adds automated voice calls and email.
Can I use Releasit's form and COD PRO together?
Yes. Orders created by a form still land in Shopify, and COD PRO can confirm them after they arrive. Turn off one app's OTP so customers are not asked twice.
Which one has more reviews?
Releasit shows about 2,500 reviews at 4.9 stars. COD PRO's current Shopify App Store listing shows no reviews yet.
