COD order confirmation, एक वाक्य में

COD order confirmation में seller, fulfillment से पहले ग्राहक से cash on delivery order confirm या cancel करने को कहता है।

sellers यह काम manually कर सकते हैं या COD PRO जैसे system से। उपयोगी नतीजा order से जुड़ा साफ reply है, जिससे fulfillment team जानती है कि आगे बढ़ना है, रोकना है या review करना है।

sellers COD orders confirm क्यों करते हैं

cash on delivery में ग्राहक ने dispatch से पहले payment नहीं किया होता। इसलिए seller order confirm कर सकता है ताकि पता चले कि ग्राहक को अब भी order चाहिए, contact details काम करती हैं और parcel fulfillment में जाना चाहिए। confirmation से अनावश्यक packing और shipping काम कम हो सकता है, हालांकि इससे delivery की guarantee नहीं मिलती।

जिन orders को जवाब चाहिए, उनके लिए असली Shopify fulfillment hold ग्राहक के confirm करने या team के action लेने तक fulfillment को रोक सकता है।

COD confirmation channels

Shopify checkout के बाद COD PRO, order confirmation के तीन channels support करता है:

• WhatsApp: ग्राहक confirm या cancel करने के लिए reply करता है।
• Automated voice call: ग्राहक confirm के लिए 1 या cancel के लिए 2 दबाता है।
• Email: ग्राहक confirmation message से reply करता है।

SMS की भूमिका अलग है। Buy with Cash on Delivery button पर shopper, Shopify checkout से पहले WhatsApp या SMS one-time code पा सकता है। इससे phone number तक access verify होता है। यह किसी मौजूदा Shopify order का SMS confirmation नहीं है।

Manual और automated confirmation

manual workflow में team member order review करता है, ग्राहक से संपर्क करता है, reply record करता है और तय करता है कि fulfillment आगे बढ़ सकता है या नहीं। इससे team को सीधा control मिलता है, लेकिन order volume बढ़ने पर repetitive work बढ़ता है।

automated workflow में हर message शुरू करने के लिए team member की जरूरत नहीं होती और चुने हुए rules लागू होते हैं। COD PRO checkout के बाद confirmation भेज सकता है और reply की प्रतीक्षा में चुने हुए orders को Shopify fulfillment hold पर रख सकता है।

COD PRO order को कैसे confirm करता है

COD confirmation के साथ COD PRO, checkout के बाद ग्राहक से WhatsApp, automated voice call या email से संपर्क करता है। reply order workflow update करता है। seller के rules के अनुसार confirmed order आगे बढ़ सकता है, जबकि cancelled या unanswered order fulfillment से बाहर रह सकता है।

Auto mode सबसे कम-कीमत वाले route को पहले आजमाता है: email, फिर WhatsApp और फिर call। यह पहले reply पर रुक जाता है। COD PRO prepaid wallet इस्तेमाल करता है और sellers को अपना Twilio या Meta account नहीं चाहिए।

customer messages English, French, German, Spanish, Italian, Malay, Arabic, Portuguese, Romanian, Hungarian, Greek, Polish और Czech में उपलब्ध हैं। ये 13 supported languages हैं।

checkout से पहले verification और checkout के बाद confirmation

ये steps जुड़े हुए लेकिन अलग problems हल करते हैं। COD button, Shopify checkout से पहले WhatsApp या SMS code से phone number पर control जांचता है। post-order confirmation, WhatsApp, automated voice call या email से Shopify order पर निर्णय मांगता है।

पूरा checkout वाला phone, COD button पर verified number से match हो तो order पहले से confirmed आ सकता है। matching verification के बिना orders, post-checkout confirmation flow पर जा सकते हैं।
